DMCA / Copyright Policy
We respect the rights of creators and expect our readers to do the same. This page explains how to tell us about content you believe infringes your copyright. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
Our content
The guides, text, layouts and images on Magazine3 are original to the site or used with permission. We do not copy other writers' work. If you believe we did, we want to know.
How to send a notice
Email contact@magazine3.site with the subject line "Copyright notice." Please include the following.
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the work you say was copied.
- The web address of the page on our site that contains it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review each complete notice promptly. If the claim is valid, we may remove or change the content. We may also contact the person who supplied the material, if there is one, and share your notice with them.
Counter-notices
If you believe we removed content by mistake, you may send a counter-notice. Include the page address, a statement that you believe the removal was an error and your contact details. We will review it and respond.
Repeat issues
We may stop working with anyone who repeatedly submits false claims or who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
What a valid notice includes
A valid notice must identify the work, point to the exact page on our site and include the statements and signature listed above. Please write in plain terms and be specific. A vague claim is hard to act on, and a precise one lets us respond quickly.
Incomplete notices
If a notice leaves out key details, we may ask you to complete it before we act. We will tell you what is missing. This protects both sides, since we want to remove infringing material but we also want to avoid removing content by mistake.
Fair use and short quotes
Some uses of copyrighted work are allowed, such as brief quotations for commentary. Before you send a notice, consider whether the use could be fair. We are not able to decide legal questions, but we do take a careful look at each claim.
False claims
Sending a knowingly false notice can have legal consequences. Please make sure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
Our images and illustrations
The illustrations on Magazine3 are original artwork made for this site. If you believe an image on our site resembles your work too closely, tell us the page and describe the similarity. We will look at it and respond.
Timing
We aim to review notices promptly. Complex cases can take longer, particularly when we need more information from you. We will keep you informed about what we are doing.
Where to send notices
Send notices to contact@magazine3.site with the subject line "Copyright notice." Using that subject line helps us route your message to the right person quickly and keeps it from being missed among other mail.
Our commitment
We take copyright seriously and try to handle each notice with care and respect for everyone involved.
